On April 07, 2017, NAA organized a regular Skype-meeting with Rosobrnadzor’s certified experts soon going to an external review site visit.

On April 07, 2017, the leading specialists of NAA held a regular Skype-meeting for experts – members of expert panels.

The meeting was opened by the Head of the Department for the Support of Accreditation Procedures Vladimir Karpenko who reported on the interaction between an expert panel and an educational organization and on the role of the expert panel’s head during external review. Elena Zakhvatova, the Head of the Department for Innovative Development, drew special attention to the main peculiarities of external reviews in terms of the compliance with the Federal State Educational Standards of higher education (FSES HE). At the end of the meeting, the Head of the Information and Analytical Department Ludmila Kapralova told about the proper filling of the forms of a report and conclusion.
