Network Academy of Public Administration of CIS countries: from idea to joint projects implementation

On January 16, 2019, on the second day of the Gaidar’s forum a meeting of the Public Council consolidating CIS countries for training in the field of public administration took place. The event was attended by NAA’s staff.

Based on the meeting’s outcomes it was approved to develop the cooperation plan for 2019 and to publish a thematic issue of the journal "Public service" dedicated to the analysis of best practices of public administration in the CIS countries. At the meeting the agreements on the implementation of joint study programs between partner universities were also signed.

The pilot projects of the Network Academy and the implementation of joint study programs of training in priority areas of economic and socio-cultural integration realized by the partner universities will promote an atmosphere of confidence, a common understanding of values and prospects of long-term cooperation between the participating states.
