Every Friday the National Accreditation Agency organizes Skype-meetings with Rosobrnadzor certified experts to site visits to educational institutions under external review.

On October 21 2016, leading specialists of NAA held a regular Skype-meeting with experts – members of expert panels.

The meeting was opened by the NAA Deputy Director Elena Efimova who told about the challenges in state accreditation procedures. The Head of the Accreditation Support Department Vladimir Karpenko reported on the interaction between expert panels and educational organizations during external review. Elena Zakhvatova, the Head of the Department for Innovative Development, drew special attention to the main peculiarities of external review in the part of the compliance to the Federal State Educational Standards. Nikita Dvorets, a leading economist of the Experts Relationship Department, paid much attention to the experts’ difficulties in reimbursement of expenditures for transportation and accommodations under civil law contracts on conducting peer review. At the end of the meeting a leading engineer of the Database Support Department told the participants how to use the expert’s personal account in the Complex Information System of State Accreditation (KIS GA).
