May 24-25, 2021 – the practice-oriented seminars

The events were aimed at obtaining practical recommendations on the main stages of preparing for state accreditation.

On April 24, 2021, NAA held the seminar "Preparation for state accreditation of educational activities. Filling out an application for state accreditation. Requirements to the package of documents". Lemka Izmaylova, NAA’s Director, opened the seminar. She noted the great practical importance of these events for HEIs’ representatives, recalled the need to comply with the legal requirements for state accreditation, as well as to provide relevant and reliable information when submitting documents. At the end of her speech, NAA’s Director wished the seminar’s participants fruitful activities.

Furthermore, NAA’s leading specialists made reports. The seminar’s participants learned about the current changes in the regulatory legal documentation governing the procedure of state accreditation; practical recommendations for filling out information forms on the implementation of study programs in accordance with the Order of the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science of November 29, 2019 No. 1628.

Elena Avtenyeva, the Head of the Atomated Data Processing Department, made a speech on preparing an application and a package of documents for state accreditation. Ms Avtenyeva gave practical recommendations on how to fill out an application for state accreditation of educational activities. She paid special attention to the accuracy of the forms completion and recommended to check the reliability of the provided information.

Following the presentation of the speakers, NAA’s specialists answered the participants’ questions.

On April 25, 2021, NAA held a seminar "The procedure for state accreditation of educational activities using distance learning technologies". The event was opened by Michael Petropavlovskiy, NAA’s Deputy Director, Director of NAA’s Branch in Yoshkar-Ola. He presented a detailed information on the software module of electronic application for state accreditation .

The subsequent presentation described the procedure for submission and acceptance of the documents for carrying out external review in an on-line form and received practical recommendations for working with the Personal Account of the organization in the CIS SA system.

In conclusion to the event, NAA’s specialists responded to participants’ questions.
