Seminar “External review of study programs delivered in accordance with the federal state educational standards in higher education”

We would like to inform you that the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science (Rosobrnadzor) in cooperation with NAA organizes the seminsr “External review of study programs delivered in accordance with the federal state educational standards in higher education”.

Representatives of Rosobrnadzor and NAA will participate there.

The seminar is for experts qualified by Rosobrnadzor who are to undergo the accreditation procedure according to the order of the Ministry of Education and Science of 20.05.2014 № 556 “On approval of qualification requirements to experts and expert organizations, procedures of their accreditation, inter alia the maintenance of the register of experts and expert organizations, selection of experts and expert organizations for external review” (registered by the Ministry of Justice on July 31, 2014, registration number 33374).

Rosobrnadzor’s Accreditation Commission that accredites experts and expert organizations involved in  external reviews of educational activities will work at the seminar.

Venue: Moscow State University of Design and Technology, address Moscow, 1 Malaya Kaluzhskaya.

Dates: September 8-9, 2015

Attendees: experts qualified by Rosobrnadzor invited to Rosobrnadzor’s Accreditation Commission for experts and expert organizations involved in external reviews of educational activities.

The seminar starts at 11:30, the registration is from 10:30

Mode of study: full time two-day seminar.

Seminar’s issues:

1. The main derections for the development of the procedure of external review of educational acyivities. Educatioan quality evaluation.
2. About Rosobrnadzor’s approach to the state accreditation of educational activities in the modern context. Problems of state accreditation of study programs in accordance with the federal state educational standards of higher education.
3. Rosobrnadzor’s procedure of the provision of the state accreditation service. Requirements to experts.
4. Legislative environment of the state accreditation procedure.
5. Special aspects of external review of study programs in accordance with the federal state educational standards of higher education.
