Training of representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church (ROC) on the further professional education program

On March 27-29, 2022, a session was held as part of the advanced training under the program "Performance evaluation of an educational organization" for representatives of educational organizations of the Russian Orthodox Church. The event is aimed at improving professional competencies of employees in the issues of internal and external evaluation of the education quality.

As part of the training a two-day seminar was held on March 28 and 29. Lemka Izmaylova, NAA’s Director, opened the seminar with a report on external evaluation of the education quality. The Director spoke about the mechanisms for assessing the quality of educational activities, the procedure of professional and public accreditation, and drew the audience attention to the main changes in the procedure for state accreditation of study programs.

Aleksey Yemelyanov, NAA’s Deputy Director, provided the audience with the information about legal requirements for accreditation monitoring, changes in the legal framework for the state accreditation procedure.

The event continued with the reports devoted to the preparation of assessment materials for external and internal evaluation of the quality of educational activities, as well as the issues of assessing the results of students’ level of mastering of the basic study program as part of the diagnostic work.

The second day of the seminar included the presentations on independent assessment of the education quality and analysis of the quality of assessment materials of an educational organization.

The representatives of HEIs and Rosobrnadzor experts shared their experience in developing assessment materials and participation of employers in assessing the quality of study programs.

At the end of the event, the audience thanked NAA’s specialists for the content and practical significance of the information provided.
