Текст: On September 1, 2021 some changes in the regulatory legal acts in the sphere of education come into force

From September 1, 2021, in accordance with the order of Rosobrnadzor dated July 23, 2021 № 1052 “On approval of the administrative regulations for the provision of state services for state accreditation of educational activities by the Federal Service for Supervision of Education and Science”, a new procedure for the provision of state services for state accreditation of educational activities by Rosobrnadzor comes into force.

The procedure for issuance and reissuance of an accreditation certificate, issuance of a temporary certificate, and provision of a duplicate certificate has been defined. The required documents and terms of their consideration are indicated for each separate case.
The list of applicants entitled to apply for this state service has been determined. The Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science within the scope of its state services for state accreditation of educational activities carries out accreditation of Russian HEIs operating in Russia, Russian educational organizations abroad, foreign institutions of Russia conducting educational activities, as well as foreign educational organizations abroad and at the location of branches in Russia.
The payment of state duty for the provision of public services is carried out in the amounts established by the Tax Code of the Russian Federation, thus, the Administrative Regulations for the provision by the Federal Service for Supervision in Education and Science of the state service for state accreditation of educational activities, approved by the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated 16.09 .2014 № 1227 are not applied.
The Regulations contain renewed forms for submitting the application and information on state accreditation.
The information has been presented in accordance with the data on the official Internet portal of legal information http://www.pravo.gov.ru as of 20.08.2021. The document comes into operation on - 01.09.2021.
