On April 5, 2017, NAA took part in the TRAINING SEMINAR "ORGANIZATIONAL AND METHODOLOGICAL SUPPORT OF AN EXTERNAL REVIEW FOR EXPERTS OF THE MEDICAL LEAGUE OF RUSSIA".

Lemka S. Izmaylova and Gennady G. Onischenko  were the moderators at the training seminar.

The President of the Medical League of Russia Gennady G. Onischenko opened the seminar. The NAA’s director Lemka S. Izmaylova made the speech on the legal framework in accreditation. The plenary part of the seminar also included reports by Tatyana M. Boytsova (Russian Educational Research and Methodological Center for Ongoing Education in Medicine and Pharmacy, Moscow), Elena F. Turovinina (Tyumen State Medical University), Tatyana A. Oleynikova (Kursk State Medical University) and Natalya S. Andriutsa (Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University, Moscow).

                             

Experts of the Medical League of Russia and experts of Rosobrnadzor discussed the issues of conducting external review, as well as the importance and the need in regular enhancement of exprets’ knowledge in the field of accreditation.

                       

In the end, Gennady G. Onishchenko thanked the experts for their work and noted the merits of the best experts by awarding letters of commendation.

On April 3-7, 2017, Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University hosted the All-Russian Conference with international participation "The Week of Medical Education in Russia". The conference was attended by more than 1500 people. Among them, there were representatives of medical universities and organizations of secondary professional education from different regions of Russia, representatives of the professional community and government institutions. During the week, they discussed topical issues of development, quality assessment, accreditation, development of professional standards for medical specialists.
